Skiing:
Dress in layers: Pants and warm mitts should be made of a fabric to which snow does not stick easily – ski pants worn over regular pants are the best. Socks must extend several inches above the ankle. Toques are essential. An extra pair of socks might come in handy when trying to fit the boots.
