Jour 2
Our class will be walking to the Mackenzie Art Gallery for a tour
of the exhibits Synthetic Age / Big Bang on Friday. We will be leaving the
school around 12:10. The tour is from 1:00-2:30. We will be walking
back to the school and will arrive around 3:15. We may eat lunch a
little earlier on Friday so that we are able to leave at 12:10.
Students are asked to bring supplies for one of the activities where
they will be making miniature worlds. Below is a description from the
M.A.G. of what students can bring. They can start bringing their
supplies this week and leave them in the class.
Please bring a small quantity of discarded materials. Keep in mind that all
objects must fit into a standard size plastic cup. Also, please ensure the
discarded materials are clean and safe for handling.
Suggested discarded objects: sticks, toothpicks, wire, string, fish
line, circuit boards, synthetic nature, modeling clay, small toys or objects,
hardware, old film, photographic negatives, slides, words, beads, stars,
crystals, lace, dice, game pieces, dried teabags, grain, maps
We also welcome used disposable, standard size, transparent plastic
cups.
Assignments:

-Grade 7 Math: 5.6
-Discours en français: class presentations on Thursday
-Science: Rock Cycle test tomorrow
-French: Those who missed class because of band sectionals, please read chapters 17-19 and finish booklet #1 for Thursday
